i want to change my goals on the fitness pal and i figured out how to do it but i am having a hard time getting the goals where i need them, would i have to raise the calories to get what i need..on my plan eating nuts and eating eggs is acceptable but problem is eggs and nuts have both protein and fats, so when the pie chart comes up it looks like i am overdosing on fat..how do i fix this or is it even fixable?

I'm always over on my protein. I think the pie chart has weird values and I don't think there's any way you can change them. It always shows a higher fat goal than protein goal (on mine anyway) which I think is odd. I don't really pay attention to it anymore. I just use the chart format where it shows actual grams of stuff. Plus, the sugars I'm always over, too, because it doesn't really account for natural sugars (fruit, milk, etc) vs added sugars.0
