i keep hearing about the 30 day shred so please oh please do tell me about it!! i wanna lose weight weight before the summer and even more before my wedding.

    Great for toning!!! Not many really loose weight on it. Have to add extra cardio in for that. But inches melt away....great program

    I love 30 day shred. If you stick to it for at least two weeks 3 times per week you will find its not all that hard.:happy:

  • Its a great workout ! Even better is biggest loser Cardio Max! I was dripping sweat after it and have been so sore the past 2 days (a good sore!) I am going to rotate between those two videos and Zumba. Good luck to you!

    The workouts are 20ish minutes long. They are broken up into 3 circuits each circuit is 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of Cardio and 1 minute of Abs. There are 3 levels. You do each level for 10 days for a total of 30 days. It is intended to be done for 30 consecutive days. It is only about 20 minutes and easy to squeeze into your day. You work up a sweat and lose more inches than pounds but if you are counting calories and add some cardio you will lose weight and inches and look incredible in no time. I am on my second round. First time I only did 20 days because of the holidays I lost 6.5 inches and 7 lbs in the 3 weeks I did it. I only did this though and counted calories. I think if I had kept up my other workouts I would have lost more but with the holidays coming it was hard to squeeze in this and cardio.

    I started it 5 days ago. Loving the workouts. Only takes about 25 minutes to do the actual workout. Am seeing results already. I was very sore on day 3 and 4. Starting to work the kinks out today. Still on level 1. Hope to move to another level after a week.

    In level one you do jump rope, and jumping jacks for cardio, you do abs and obliques with crunches on the floor, you do push ups, lunges, squats, and lift your weights while lunging. Then there's punching while in squats....I am missing some....I should probably do it tomorrow to remind me! lol

    I'm on day 5, still struggling through level one, but already feel like i look tighter! Each level is only 20-25 minutes. Who doesn't have that kind of time? You'll work a lot of muscles for short bursts of time and the cardio is in short bursts throughout the workout. You'll start the workout and before you know it you're done and sweating! It's great:happy:

  • I'm on day five, switching between levels 1 & 2 and it is definitely kicking my butt! I do it every day that I don't have my martial arts classes. It's very fun even though it's difficult.
