I just started with myfitnesspal this week and am brand new to counting calories. I have previously used weight watchers and was always told to make sure I eat all my points each day. Is it the same with calories or am I supposed to be staying under my allotment? I have a 50 pound weight loss goal and just want to be really successful in this!!
I am excited to join some groups and get a support system going. Everyone's stories are so inspirational!

You should be keeping right around your calorie goal, whether that means a little under or a little over. Most people seem to prefer being a little bit under, just in case they underestimate what they eat during the day.0
