Challenging day...

Today was not my best day looking at my calories and it kind of broke my spirits. I know it was only one day in the scheme of things and I can get back on the calorie wagon tomorrow but the reasons I was eating today were silly. My toddler likes to show off when we have company and he wasn't listening at all which makes me a nervous wreck which in turn causes the overeating. Ugh! I will stay on track... I have to stay on track!

    Don't sweat it too much, this is life and we all make mistakes, we all have those days. I had a margarita today after a completely stressful day and you know what? I deserved it! I enjoyed it! No reason to feel guilty for living your life, just do your best! and FYI, you are doing great!

    Start again tomorrow. You had a victory today without realizing it. You recognized WHY you ate. You weren't hungry, you were stress eating. Now decide what you will do next time u are in that situation so you don't eat. You can do this!
