Hi, everyone. I'm new here. I would like to add new friends that will motivate me to continue on my new lifestyle. This time, I have the right tools, the knowledge and the motivation to eat, exercise, and live right. I've done my research. I've sat down and wrote my goals - what I want to accomplish and how much I want to lose. So far, I am motivated.
I decided to start today, because I don't want to wait another day, month, or year. I want to lose 15 lbs and hopefully get back to my healthy weight of 120-125 lbs. I know that I can do this. I do want to have support from friends on this site during this journey. I would like to motivate others to reach their goals of losing weight, keeping it off and just living a healthier life.

Hi, I had a goal of losing 15lbs and I reached it just a few weeks ago. I'm focusing on toning up now. I love talking to and supporting others so you can definitely add me if you'd like another friend. I know you can reach your goals if you stick to it.0
