I've always had a hue butt as a kid. Everyone was tell me and I hated it. I occasionally say that is why women can't stop looking, but it is ridiculous.

What exercises can I do to get rid of it?

Everyday I use the elliptical

Here's a pic

I've heard squats, but since my hips are not lined correctly I can't squat.

Lose lots of body fat, and tone up - general full body exercise.....You can't "spot lose" on certain body parts....
  • The thing is it seems like those are the spots that don't lose anything. My stomach did, but I've not seen it. My relatives have. But I still have loose *kitten* skin from last year.

I've never heard of hips not being aligned properly, but I'm no trainer. If you cannot do squats, lunges are fantastic for LIFTING the butt and strengthening those muscles.
A mix of cardio AND weights are going to be best for you since it seems like you want to lose weight(fat) and gain muscle. Gaining muscle will NOT make your butt look bigger! If only they had had digital cameras when I was in college, I'd show you my "huge" STRONG butt vs my "huge" weakling butt--and I've been running fairly regularly for about a year--and it really hasn't improved. So I'm adding weight training to help make the muscles STRONG so I'm burning more and changing my shape.

After reading again, i think maybe you could stand to read this: It really revved me up-a great transformation-it is a woman, but seeing as you are a guy, the workouts she does may be just up your alley for your trouble zones: http://nerdfitness.com/blog/2011/07/21/meet-staci-your-new-powerlifting-super-hero/
