i'm stressing out that i can't control my snacking. in high school i was so active and kept myself on such a strict diet of no red meat just grilled chicken for meat, no soda, snacks, no and no eating at all after 8pm. i lost about 40lbs but i can't find the will power to get back on track. help!!

I found that you have to get all teh crap out of your house. I find the most motivation by going shopping for great fruits/vegetables and a place like whole foods. You just have to get started, that is the hard part. Force yourself to get started by only having healthy food in the house and spend some money on it so you don't want to waste your money. At least it works for me!

I agree with that! I admit that I am a junk food sweet stuff addict! I can't have it in the house. So I spend a lot of time looking at wonderful fruit/veggies and trying out new recipes. My entire household is loving the gourmet cooking and so is my body!

I'm having the same issue. I work all day and I'm not hungry but I force myself to have snacks, yogurt, grapes and skinny cow dreamy clusters. The problem is when I get home it's like a switch went off and I can't keep the food out of my mouth. Like last night I made a great healthy dinner then two hours later I drove to McD's I wasn't even hungry.
