If you have a Costco membership, they sell a big box of Ito En Matcha Blend Green Tea imported from Japan...branded as Kirkland Signature. It's good yummy stuff. Anyways, I love a big mug when I'm feeling peckish but need to save my calories for my proper meals/snacks. Zero calories but it takes the edge off hunger, and is more enjoyable than a simple glass of water IMO. Give it a go :drinker:

Funny, I'm sipping on my Green tea right now (decaf for night time!). I don't have a Costco, but bought the Meijer brand and it's good stuff too! :bigsmile:
