Starting over

Not a good exercise day.. I'm fighting bronchitis, insomnia and a chronic pain disorder... some days I'm lucky to be able to move... the depression that resulted from that is probably what knocked me off my goals and helped me gain back 25 of the 30 lbs I had lost. No use crying over it, just start over.
I haven't gotten on my scale in months. I'm going to re-start my food program and will wait til the beginning of next month to pull it out. Honestly, yes, I am afraid to look at it and see that I've gained that other 5lbs or more.

I'm sorry that you're dealing with so many problems right now. Yeah, starting over is rough, but the important thing is that you're doing it and not giving up. Someone once said, "Two steps forward and one step back is still one step forward" -- keep that in mind, and good luck!0
