eat all goal calories?

Im trying to lose about 50lbs. Should I eat all my calorie "goal" each day? Do you eat them all each day and still lose weight? Any help would be appreciated.

    You calorie goal is still calculated at a deficit to what your BMR is... so if you're eating the goal calories that MFP has planned out for you then you should lose weight. Don't go over or under by too much.
