12 days straight!

My husband, father-in-law, and I made a pact to do 30 days straight of at least 30 minutes movement. So far we have made it 12 days!

Week 1
Dec 31st: Extreme Shred and Shed DVD
Jan 1st: 2.5 mile run
Jan 2nd: 30 mins of No More Trouble Zones DVD and 1 hour walk
Jan 3rd: 30 mins swimming laps
Jan 4th: 1 hour hike
Jan 5th: 23 mins of No More Trouble Zones DVD and boxing 1 hour
Jan 6th: 10 minutes swimming laps and Ripped in 30 DVD

Week 2
Sat Jan 7th: 1 hour roller blading beach
Sun Jan 8th: 1.8 hour (110 minute) bike ride beach
Mon Jan 9th: NMTZ circuit 1-2, walk 1 hour beach
Tues Jan 10th: run 3 miles neighborhood
Wed Jan 11th: 30 day shred 25 mins
