Exercises for Hip Bursitis?

Hi, has anyone had hip bursitis? I got it in one hip a few weeks ago after running a bit too fast with my dog. So I now can't jog.
I have been cycling on stationary bike and walking (which hurts a bit) but am after some ideas for hip-friendly exercises.
