Help Shin Splints.

Hi.

I am suffering from shin splints and was wondering if anyone had any helpful ideas to help ease the pain.

I do walk/jog 2 times a week
Zumba once a week
Gym once a week
Game on Hockey every saturday.

I can exercise through the pain. But do you think i need new trainers or to ease up a bit? Scared if i ease up i wont get back into it after.
