Cumulative calorie counting...

Sometimes I conserve calories if I know I've got an occasion coming up - nothing radical, maybe just for example not 'spending' my exercise calories. Is there anyway I can run a cumulative weekly report - to see where I am overall over an extended period?

The iPad app does this beautifully - but I don't know if you can do it on the web.0

you can see report for whole week in your mobile
there will be bar indicating cals for every day, and one more for average
i also save my excerside calories to have them on the weekends, and i do it by quick add calories
f.e. if i burned while excersizing 700kcal, i put 350 as a quick add, and then on Sunday, when i drink a lot i add -350 also via quick add
this way i manage to keep track of if im actually doing as weel as i want to0 -

I have set my calories to maintenance. I then use my iPhone application and where it says "Weekly summary" it will tell me the total amount of calories I am under my goal. This is my deficit for the week.0 -
Some great ideas - thank you for your help. Much appreciated. :bigsmile:0

On mobile, go into your diary, then click “more” at the bottom right hand corner. Then click on “nutrition” I think it will give you what you’re looking for0
