size differences in organic vs. non organic fruits and veggi

I am one of those weirdos who is scared to death of GMOs and, therefore, end up eating a lot of organic foods. I also try and get a good number of fruits and veggies in my diet. Anyone who has shopped for organic fruits and vegetables has probably noticed that the organic produce is significantly smaller than its non organic counterpart. In an ideal world I would weigh everything before I eat it, but that is just not practical all of the time. My question is: how would you recommend taking these vast differences into account when logging? Should I just use the standard info provided in the database even though an organic apple may be less than half the size of the "typical" apple or is there a somewhat reliable method to determine these differences on-the-go? Thanks in advance for your responses!

Most fruit/veg in the database that is NOT user entered (meaning MFP put it in the database, the items WITHOUT an asterisk) has listing for weight or in cups or by whole fruit/veg. Also, things like apples have choices like small, medium, or large and it also gives you the diameter, making it easy to pick a small vs. a large apple.0
