Ouch, did I pinch a nerve?

Yesterday while working out, I started to feel this pain in the right side of my lower back. It got so bad that I really had to stop, so I took a shower and when I got out it's like every time I laughed or breathed it hurt - it totally sucked.
But this morning it's much better, but it's still there.

I was thinking of just stretching tonight, and laying off the working out. Or should I work it out?.. I'm not sure. I just want it gone without making it a big deal by burdening my mom to bring me to the doctor.. ):

Can anyone help me?
