    Hey, my diary is open so feel free to add me as a friend and take a peek. I'm not perfect. I try to eat well but I don't deprive myself of things. If I want some chocolate or crisps I have some, I just don't have a lot. It's just about balance. Once you find out what works for you it'll be easier. Promise!
