setting mini goals - feb 28 goal 1

hi fitness pals. i have decided to challenge some of you to come with me on a mini challenge. lets set a goal for feb 28 and stick to it. make it reasonable and attainable. here is my goal
no sugars no junk no food after seven pm healthy choices and moderate portions exercise 4X a week
weight loss goal is 6pounds
start weight is 155.1
set your goal and lets encourage one another
