BMI and Body Fat.
Your BMI range is 114-127 [small frame] 124-138 [med frame] and 134-151 [large frame]

And body fat can be checked here:

Don't obsess over weight but health.

Really depends on body type, but this is a good website to help figure it out. http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm0

I'm 5'4'' and I guess it really depends on what your body composition is. When I got married I was 120, but just plain skinny with no muscle. Now a year and a half later, (after having gained 23 pounds and then getting back on the wagon) I'm 138 and having been working out for a while, I feel like I look almost as thin, but would like to lower by body fat %. I'm thinking I'll probably end up happily settling around 130 with some good muscle.0

That table is pretty silly, but don't forget to add however many inches are accounted for by shoes.0 -

I tried to remember a weight I was happy with, and I'm aiming for that.
But I never had much muscle, so I may end up happy at 130 with some muscle tone instead of 125 with no muscle tone at all. I'm 5'6
I recommend doing cardio till you feel good n skinny then start doing more weight training (your weight may go up, but your body will look better)0 -
According to my sis who is a medical doctor of 25 years, the ideal weight for a female of 5'4" between 120 lbs and 130 lbs.0

I'm 5' 4" and currently at 137 but I truly look and feel my best (my opinion) at around 125, unfortunately these last 12 lbs will not budge0

No, you remove your shoes before height is measured....lol
And that has no baring on body fat.
Again, these two standards are good guides to give somebody an idea.
If you have something better, let's hear it.0
