Need dinner ideas!!

Hey all

I need some help thinking up something for dinner. Needs to be under 500 calories :-)

I have available in my fridge the following:

Turkey stir fry pieces
Sugar snap peas
root veg mash
carrots
broccoli, carrot and cauliflower mix

I also have rice, pasta and wraps etc. Just got no idea what to do!

    Sounds like a stir fry night to me!

    Cook your turkey and then veggies in a pan and make your own stir fry sauce (I usually have these things on hand): hoisin sauce, low sod chicken broth, low sod soy sauce, cornstarch, and spices to taste. Mix that up and pour over the veggies and turkey and you've got homemade Chinese take out!
