I started strength training 2 days a week, when I enter the information in MFP it doesn’t reflect burned calories.
Does this mean it doesn’t??

This must get asked like 10x a day. They really should put a note on the exercise tracker.
It does, but not a lot. enter 'strength training' under cardio.0 -
The very act of moving mass through distance uses energy, so yes, weight lifting burns calories. There are lots of different camps arguing about how much, or what type of weight training you have to do to burn certain amounts of calories.
If you want to track an approximation of your calories burned, there is a 'Weight Training' or 'Strength Training' (can't remember which it's called) option under cardio exercise that you can use.0
