I am from Massachusetts, a mother to two toddlers and a baby and could really use a bigger support team who understand my needs. I have a lot to lose. I weight 215, originally 229. I would like to weigh 150-160 so anyone who can help me would be greatly appreciated, could really use tips. I am not giving up.

I live in Pittsfield, MA on the west end of the state. My goal is a little smaller than yours, but when I was pregnant with my son (he's 8 years old now) I gained a whole 60lbs so I've been up there. Now that I'm getting older it's becoming harder for me to stay at my "normal" weight. But it's really tough after having a kid, and I'm certain it's more tough after having several, but you CAN do it.0
