Hi there!

I just started MFP this week and it's helped tremendously so far! I don't want to be restricted to a diet but it's nice to be able to track what I eat and say "hey, I could have made a better choice". Here's a little background about me. I'm 31 5'11 and (dare I say it) 200 lbs. My goal is to loose between 35-40 lbs by July/August. Along with my new eating habits I am doing the Insanity workout program and let me just say it is kicking my butt!

So if there is anyone here that needs a good buddy to cheer you on feel free to add me! Let's support each other and reach our goals!! :wink:
