I weigh at least once a day. I have noticed that the day after I exercise, even if I eat all my exercise calories, the scale drops a pound. The day after that it drops a bit more. My scale measures tenths of a pound. It used to only take 20 minutes of exercise, but now it takes 40 minutes.

The problem I had was that it felt so good to drop, that I found myself eating more on the days it dropped. THEN the next day the pound would show back up on my scale. I decided on Monday that I would do my workout, weigh the next morning, stay at my calorie alotment for two days, and see what happened to the scale in two days.

Monday I worked out AND ate my exercise calories. Tuesday, just like clockwork the scale went down a pound and this time I stayed in my calorie range. Today is Wednesday - I hopped on the scale and I'm down 2 more pounds! Today is work out day and I am going to repeat this cycle to see if it can happen again!!!

I was 193 on Monday
I was 192 on Tuesday
I am 189.8 today, Wednesday.

Give it a try?

Wow.. I guess
