advice for diet tweaks?

good morning all!

i hopped on the scale this morning (twice, actually - at home before getting dressed on my new scale, and then dressed in my worktout clothes at the gym which until now has been my usual scale).

according to the gym scale, i am UP two pounds in the last two weeks! (i posted my undressed, home-scale weight in my profile, as i'm going to use that as my go-to weigh-in moving forward :) ).

even though this is discouraging of course, i am going to treat this week as a fluke, as i know weight can fluctuate from day to day, week to week....my question, however, is that even though this may just be a fluke, do you think there's anything i should be imrpoving/changing/etc. to improve my weight loss consistency?

i've been working with a trainer, who about a month ago encouraged me to increase my carb intake to match more of the MFP goal of 55% - this made an immediate difference and pounds started to slide off. i just want to keep the scale moving in the right direction, and would like to do everything i can to make the diet (and fitness!) parts as good as possible for maximum body fat reduction and weight loss. my body fat 31% as of this week, just fyi.

thoughts/observations/suggestions on my diary? thanks in advance!
