I haven 't lost any weight for almost 4 weeks. Aside from New Year's Eve and Sunday I have been under my calories, working out regularly, and getting the same amount of sleep. NOTHING has happened, and I'm getting REALLY frustrated. I'm starting to stress about it which I know won't help me at all. How do I get out of this rut? What can I do to make things CHANGE?!

When you have less weight to lose MFP usually ups your calories... maybe it's time to start eating more! I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but it's a good way to combat a plateau. Your diary's not public so I can see what's going on, but try adding 200-300 extra calories for a little while and see if it helps.0
