im crapping myself, for the last two days I've eaten probably 1,600-700 calories in fairness I have done exercise probably burned 300-400 but I just feel so crap about it. D you think this will make me gain :( xx

    does 1,600-1,700 cals put you in a surplus? if not, no you will not gain. Although there is a chance you may hold on to a little more water

    Umm...if you're netting about 1300 calories, i doubt that you'll gain anything...in fact it might be better for you...

    I highly doubt it. 1700-300 for exercise equals 1400 net calories. Most people wouldn't even maintain on that, if you do gain it's most likely to just be a slight water gain as Acg67 said.
