I have been going to the gym as much as 8 hours a week and a minimum of 4 hours a week since Nov. 11, 2011. I do weights no more than 2 times a week. Since the end of Nov, my cardio consists of 1 hour on the elliptical. I have not lost a single pound or inch. What's the problem?
