I have read on here that you are suppose to eat back your calories... I always thought that the point of working out (of course to be healthy too but i mean in a diet sence) was to make a bigger deficiency in your calories. If you eat them back doesnt that defet the purpose. Then all you are cutting are the calories you eat and not the ones your working out. Please explain if I am understanding wrong thanks!
