Excerising before Work at home

I am trying to get back into shape and looking for exercises I can do at home before work that will only take 15-20 mintues. I want to starting off slow so I don't over whelm myself and quite before I even start.

    Google body weight exercises, that will give you a good base. Bodyrocktv.com also has some great workouts but take a bit more then 20 mins. You can also get workouts off of youtube, even if you don't do the whole workout doing part of ofit is better then nothing! Good luck!

    Just remember that you need to warmup and cool down and stretch. You don't want to jump into a lot of activity before your body is ready for it.

    30 day shred is 18 min plus warm up and cool down. And while I don't recommend it, I will admit that I don't do the cool down usually, I just hop in the shower in the mornings. So slightly longer than you wanted, but definitely a workout.
