Single Working Mom

I'm a single working mom of a wonderful 2nd grader.
Unfortunately this makes it very hard to find time to get to the gym and exercise. I had a work out buddy for about a month (December), but things changed and she couldn't meet me over lunch at the gym for the time being. I'm working on finding the motivation to still go on my own, but it's very hard.
About three years ago, the combination of divorce and other events allowed me to reach a weight of 145lbs (the least I've ever weighed as an adult) and I felt healthy and loved how I looked. Unfortunately a turn of events led to many factors ganging up on me and I'm now up over 200lbs. Yuck!
My goal is to get myself back down to around 155lbs, which is at least a healthy BMI and should put me into single digit clothing sizes again (that feels really, really good!). Having the accountability of this site to help me get control over how much I'm eating again is great. I'd love to meet some other single parents that are also struggling to find time to exercise or maybe even have some workable solutions!

I'm a single working mom and have a similar story. My daughter is in preschool and past stress put me down at 143 but then I went up to 230! I go to Lifetime Fitness where they will watch her for 2 hours a day so that's nice because it's so hard to find time! Friend me if you like!0

Mother of two, work full time, eat to much! Have 70-80lbs to loose. Finding time for me is a challenge but I am trying.0
