i barely ever go over on my calories im usually at least 200cals under my goal but i eat my dinner quite late most days after 7pm has we like to get kids in bed first, there is about 3 out of the 7 days ill eat with the kids at 4pm but i do have fruit has a snack in the evenings, i feel my weight loss is really slowing down now and its making me feel alittle rubbish and jealous of friends who are constanly losing, i now loose maybe 1lb a week even tho i workout really hard 6days a week!

Switch up your workout. Add some weights. Do HIIT, Get Insanity program!! Guranteed loss if you do that.0

The only way it'll slow your weight loss is if you haven't pooped out your food before you weight yourself. Eating three hours later will slow your progress by three hours.0

I think the weight loss of 1 lb a week is awesome. You've already lost a lot so naturally the process slows down.0

No. As long as you are in a deficit for the day (or even a weekly deficit) you will lose weight.0

Love Insanity! Working on round 2!0 -
I eat whenever I get hungry and have been steadily losing. This is just a myth. As long as you're within your calorie budget, it doesn't matter what time you eat.0

Your body does /not/ care what time of the day it gets it's energy. What matters is the intervals that you eat in.0

I don't think it makes a difference! You say you work hard 6 days a week? Do you have a proper blow out on the 7th day? I used to do that and it slowed me down big time! X0

no i just dont do has much exercise i still try to stay under my cals tho0 -
it doesnt matter what time you eat its cals in vs cals out.
1lb a week is good going to say your only an 8-10, you cant have much left to lose now? all the exercise might slow down your loss if you are gaining muscle, might be time to track your progress by measurements rather than the scale.
generally the last pounds take a lot longer to come off, you might need to alter your goals to 0.5lb week0 -
If you're down to about your final fifteen pounds and still losing one pound a week, you're doing great!
In fact, it would be more realistic to aim for a half pound a week when you're this close to your goal. Forget what you're friends are doing.... losing weight is not a competitive sport.0
