I am having trouble losing weight even though I am within my calorie range and I am working out. I do eat a lot of processed foods though. Does anyone have any suggestions on other alternatives. My weakness is my 1/2 cup of ice cream at night. I see a lot of people mention greek yogurt (which I do like) but I can't seem to substitute it for my ice cream...help!!!!!

If you are under your calorie limit, it doesn't matter what you eat for your weight loss. Unless it's very salty and you retain excess water.0

Raw ice cream: Use any raw fruit which has been frozen (I like bananas, through them in the freezer peel and all). Blend in blender with just enough water for ice cream consistancy. You can add, cinnamon, or raw agave, if you would like. Mixing types of fruit is really yummy too.
