    40-60 minutes of some kind of cardio and then 30 minutes of strength training! Sometimes I switch the times up and do more strength training then cardio.

    M-W-F workout for 60-90 min. Weights for half and then cardio.
    Tu-Th 60-90 min. All cardio.
    Weekend workouts vary on how much time I have and are usuallly all cardio

    90% main lifts and triple set everything.

    I do 27 sets of reps in the time most accomplish 9.
