Those crazy busy days

What do you do on those crazy busy days where you just don't get all the calories in? I had one of those hectic days yesterday. I had something to eat in the morning and had a glass of water, I went to get my hair done and ended being there from 1pm to 4:30 almost. When I got home I had to take my dog to the vet because she was not doing any better then she was earlier so I just had a couple bites of a Jamaican Patty and another water and out the door, I had a few other things to do and I didn't get home til 7:30. I stopped at Tim Hortons and grabbed a grilled chicken wrap on whole wheat. By the time I got my daughter to bed it is after 10pm. So I had a bowl of cereal and two glasses of water. I get worried that may mess up what I have going on and I kick my butt, usually if I was having a day like that I would get Mcdonalds or Burger King, but as much as I want to pull in and get some I don't have the PULL to it as I used too. So I guess I am looking for some reassurance that if I don't have a good day or two it won't mess everything I've been doing up so far?!?! I got onto the scale and I believe it read 133-134. Mine is not numbers that show up so I can't see exactly and my fiancee was sleeping so I couldnt have him look for me! lol

    sounds like you made great decisions considering how hectic your day was!:laugh:

    i don't think a bad day here or there will totally ruin your progress. just try a little better the next day:flowerforyou:
