Jumping in with both feet

Hey everyone! I'm new to the site and I'm hoping to lose a good amount of weight. I'm scared to put a goal weight out there because, to me, it's not about the weight but it's how you feel. So I guess you could say I want to lose about 50-75 lbs with a large portion of it before October (and my 25th birthday!).

I guess my first big step was that I joined a gym yesterday! I'm both scared and excited to be there but I'm going to try to go at least 3-4 times a week!

    Hi, congrats. You will do great on your weight loss journey especiall with mfp. Make sure you log in everyday. If your gym has classes take them they are loads of fun, I go to Zumba 3 times a week and have a blast. Good luck!
