Eating too much sugar...

I just changed the tracker on my food to include sugar. I think I might be a sugaraholic. Even though I am eating better, staying under my calories, under on carbs, and doing great with protein and fiber - I am just crazy for sugar.

Any good advice? I know I probably need to eat less fruit and more veggies and skip the cream in my tea.

    I seem to be there with you according to my tracker. What the tracker doesn't account for, however is the difference between natural sugar (from fruit, dairy, etc) versus added sugar. Focus on cutting back on added sugar.
