Cleanse?

Hey y'all! I am a dedicated MFPer who has lost 13 lbs so far. I fell off a bit at Christmas and I am getting back into the swing of things. To the gym every day eating better etc. However, we are going on a trip at the end of this month and I was thinking about doing a cleanse to get my body back on track after all the crap I ate during the holidays. I feel like I'm still carrying water weight and a bit bloated.
Any recommendations? I'd prefer a 14 day one
Any advice would be appreciated!

    Your body cleanses itself. Eat cleanly, no processed foods, a lot of fruits and vegetables, limit your sugar, etc. That's about the closest thing to a cleanse that you'll get without doing any stupid gimmick stuff.

    I have some sort of nasty stomach bug. I could come kiss you, you will be cleansed in about 2 days.
