I wanted to get some advice on supplements. I take 1 scoop of Jack3d 30 minutes before my morning workout. After my workout, I take1 OxyElite Pro capsule. I eat my healthy breakfast and take a multi-vitamin and Omega 3 fish oil pill. I don't take anything else through out the day. I focus on my water intake instead. The problem is...anywhere between 6-8 PM I experience a hard crash. I was wondering if there is another supplement that I can add somewhere between 11 AM - 2 PM that will help avoid this hard crash. It sometimes feels as though I took benadryl. No matter how hard I try to stay awake, I can not.
