Sugar Question

I have a question about "sugars". I have read somewhere before that you should try to stay around 35g of sugars a day. I am usually around 60g but I do not eat any sweets, it all comes from fruits and my greek yogurt. My food diary is open if any of you want to look at it.

Is it okay if this is high because it is "natural" sugars?

Please only helpful advice or knowledge is neccesary. I don't usually post in the forums because people can get pretty rude/mean.
