What you use to eat vs what you eat now

i was sitting here thinking about buying some raison bread. Before when i bought some i would eat the whole loaf. Or i would buy 6 moon pis and eat them all at same time. I use to buy crap loads of candy and most of it would be gone in the same day. Specially caramels.mmm.. But now after having been on this "diet" i cant picture myself eating like that anymore. I bought a small box of Nips caramels last week and i still have half the box left. Anyone else use to do that? Whats your thought on it now? Would you be ab,e to control yourself if you went out and bought a bag of chocolate?
