    I was astounded by all the positive feedback I got after posting progress pics (head shots), two days ago, and received a handful of emails asking me to post full length shots-- so here they are!


    The photo on the left was taken in May 2011 and the photo on the right was taken in December of 2011.

    I'm pretty happy with my progress, so far, and am working on the next 50 pounds, now.

  • Good for you! I really appreciate all the great recipe ideas you share! I have lost 120 lbs. over the last two years and with 22 lbs. to go I was running out of healthy recipes that are family friendly! My son is currently into all things Japanese and he is so excited for me to experiment with the shiratake noodles! Your a lifesaver!!!!!
