How many days a week with a trainer?

Just curious...to those of you who use a trainer for strength training how many days are you meeting with them per week? I understand people are lifting 2-4 days per week (some more possibly). Are you meeting with a trainer once a week and then following their plan for you the other days, or meeting with them multiple days?

Right now I am scheduled twice per week for the next 7 weeks (to use up sessions that I have purchased already). After that I should be at the body fat %/weight that is my goal etc. I am wanting to continue with a trainer, but contemplating how often. Interested in hearing what you are doing. Thanks!
