My stationary bike tells me i burn 500cals in 35mins averaging 38-40km an hour, when i look it up on here it gives 370cals in 35mins at a very vigorous pace...any ideas or advice would be great, cheers

So, are you just wanting to know which calorie burned estimation is better?
HRM>MFP>cardio machine
If you want the best estimation, get a decent HRM with chest strap that measures your specific VO2 max upon set up. Otherwise, I would believe MFP over the cardio machine.0
