Healthy Food dinners - who's got a favorite?

I want to loose weight and I want better choices of meals to prepare. High fiber, protein etc. What is the best bread to eat? What salad dressing to choose? Help a beginner....plz

I love a prawn stir fry it's dead easy to make and pretty healthy at around 400 cal
-100g prawns
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1chilli (de seeded if you dont like it to spicey)
- juice of 1/2 lemon and 1/2 lime
- splash of olive oil
- drizzle of honey
- 1/2 pack of microwaveable steamed rice (I can't for the life of me cook rice any other way)
- handful of spinach or rocket on the side
Just finely chop the garlic and chilli add to frying pan with the oil. Once the pan is hot add the prawns, season with salt and pepper
And add the honey, lemon and lime juice and cook untill the prawns are cooked through. Serve with the rice and salad leaves.. Simples!0
