So I've been using this product for a while when doing my circuit training because I incorporate full body routines into it (chest, shoulders, back, cardio, legs, lats, bi's, cardio, tris, calves, cardio). I'm getting ready for a 15k run, is it ok to keep using this? Or should I avoid it because of the creatine in it?

Creatine Nitrate
Beta Alanine
Arginine AKG
N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine
Mucuna Pruriens
Norepinephrine
Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin
Caffeine
Folic Acid
Niacinamide
Synephrine HCl
Vitamin C
Pyridoxal Phosphate

IF the creatine hasn't bothered you yet i wouldn't worry about it. I can't do creatine :(

I get a little tingly, but nothing really bad. I only do 1 scoop in 4 ounces of water, which I think is really low for me anyway. When I do the circuit I do 2 scoops in 8-10 ounces. It's pink lemonade, it tastes AMAZING!

It makes my lower back hurt if i use it. The new NO Explode upped the creatine, so i can;t have it anymore :( Have you tried Celsius? It's pretty good for a pre-workout beverage

Creatine, as you know, will make you retain water, which wouldn't be ideal for longer runs or runs that aren't close to your aerobic threshold. If you're not anaerobic you have very little need for the creatine.

I believe my HR stays in anaerobic once I break the 2 mile mark. I'm usually pushing 160-170 at that point. My resting is like 86-92 or so. I'm pushing further and further on my distances while increasing my speed at more than just a "jog". So doing 3 miles a day at 5.0-5.5 mph on the treadmill definitely put me in that range. So basically I should use it for longer/faster runs, and not worry about it so much when I'm doing more "normal" runs.

It may be beneficial when you are doing your speed work and getting your HR up. But for those runs where you're just working on logging the miles, no, the creatine will likely only be a hindrance.
