ACK! Feel like Caving to the Craving...Help!

Years ago, when I quit smoking, I remember there being a Message Board on a quitting support website. The rule was, when you decided you'd had it and were just going to smoke anyway, you were supposed to post it on the message board. Then wait for 3 responses before caving to your craving (i.e. the 3 Post Rule). So I figured I'd try it now on this...

I AM TOTALLY CRAVING THE LITTLE DOVE CANDIES I KNOW MY BOSS HAS IN HIS OFFICE!!! I am not hungry. I had reasonable and healthy breakfast and lunch. I am going out to dinner with friends, and it will put me about 150 calories over my limit, which, if I so choose, I can work off with a pre-dinner run--or I can just take the 150 hit, which I'm okay with too. My point is that I certainly am not "denying" myself...but I can't get those little square, chocolatey devils off my mind...even though I KNOW that I will be disappointed in the extra and unnecessary calories. I just need to make it another 30 minutes until quitting time...
