I say eat it! I eat Subway all the time for lunch or dinner and some of them are 800 calories :)
  • Go for it, just be careful because subways food is usually really high in sodium!
  • If you're within your total calories and are hungry...Eat it!! And Enjoy it!!

If you are hungry, eat it, but watch the sodium (they are REALLY high)...drink lots of water with it.

If you're hungry for the entire thing, eat it. I often eat in the 600 range for dinner. I know that, in theory, they say eat breakfast like a king and dinner like a pauper, but not all of us follow that rule. We've got to live in the real world.

You can totally eat it! Go for a spoon of peanut butter later tonight or an egg or two to get closer to your goal. :)

That is a question only you can answer. Will you feel guilty? Will you want to binge later? If you are starving, then just chew slowly.

I'm not sure that I understand the question... You will still be under your calorie allowance if you eat it?
    Why ask? Eat!!
