Dinner is usually my biggest meal, unless I will be doing yoga. I eat really light on yoga nights because it feels gross to do all that twisting with a full stomach. On those days, it's lunch. Never breakfast. I can't stand to eat a lot in the mornings.0

Unless I'm eating out for lunch, dinner is always my biggest meal, especially in the winter, there's just something nice about sitting down to a huge hot meal when it's dark and cold out0

definitely bfast! Most delish!0

Dinner always. I try to eat it earlier in the evening, or as early as i can depending on work0

I try to eat balanced (about 350 calories, four times per day). But inevitably dinner ends up being bigger than I want it to be. So, obviously I'm still working on it. XP0

Dinner or after dinnertime are my largest meals.0

I kind of spread my food out evenly throughout the day most days. My snacks sometimes add up to more than a meal, because I tend to eat small meals with lots of veggies. I'm on an anti inflammatory diet that I am strict with myself on, because I'm using it for health reasons rather than weight loss. But a happy side effect of this food plan is weight loss. So, I'm improving my health and losing weight at the same time.0

Dinner, by far, mainly because I have to cook for my whole family, and doing something separate just for myself would probably be too much work lol. If I breakfasted like a king then in order to keep my calorie count I'd be starved by dinner!0

I try to make it either breakfast or lunch, but lately, it's been dinner because I'm starving at the end of the day.0

I've only done this for 3 days, but my plan is like zsaoosh above....So dinner is my largest meal but still around 300-350 cals. I make sure I have enough protein at brekky, snack and lunch to keep me going the rest of the day... I totally believe that eating more frequent and smaller meals, simply because this helps with keeping your metabolism up and stable. I understand this will help with weight loss. So far, I'm pleasantly surprised that I'm feeling full and cravings aren't there like I thought they'd be. I'm eating healthy and tasty food and still within 1200 cals.0

I typically have 300-400 calories for breakfast, 300 for lunch, and around 800 for dinner. With a hearty dinner to look forward to, I don't feel deprived.0

my breakfast is the highest in cals, at least i try to keep it that way. I might have a big smoothie, but i'll add whole milk and full fat plain yogurt which keeps me full from 7 am till 3 pm.So that is about 370 cals. (i dont snack during that time) Then i have about a 350 cal lunch, and 200-300 cal dinner. I trained myself to eat full fat everything, but to eat only 3 times a day. Does wonders to my body!!=)0

Depends on the day of the week. During the week I hit the gym mon-thurs, so my bigger meals are breakfast and lunch. Ofcourse I have snacks, then I go the gym right after work and when I get home at 8pm, I have something, about 100-200 calories.
The weekends, since I can choose when I eat, I have breakfast, snack throughout the day (not really lunch) then have a nice dinner with my husband0 -
Dinner but usually I only eat 2 meals. I hardly do breakfast.0

Dinner is 365 days of the year, this year it will be 366 days.0

Dinner ... But might need to rethink .. Need to have a bigger breakfast I'm thinking!! x0
-
Usually dinner, but I rarely do breakfast because I'm never hungry when I just wake up.0
-
I think typically dinner for me. I get to "fill in" my remaining calories for the day. On an ideal day, I eat a good dinner, and then have a bedtime snack a couple hours later.0
-
As I work 3rd shift, lunch is usually my biggest meal. However that is about 8pm. My dinner is usually eaten about midnight-2am.0

I try to keep my meals all between 200-300 calories and snacks 100-150. I do tend to push upward to 500 for dinner, so I would say that is probably my biggest meal.0

Breakfast is definitely my smallest....Lunch, I almost never eat but when I do its close to dinner, sometimes a little smaller (depends on whether I am working or not). Dinner is usually my biggest meal but I tend use more calories in snacks...I eat smaller meals and do more snacks throughout the day...0

Post workout last night i ate about 2,000 kcals0

Breakfast depends on the day of the week and such, all between something small and a small dinner, lunch is between fruit and something small, a large homemade lunch or nothing at all. Dinner is always, without fail, the biggest meal in my day. It's when the family gets together over a hot plate of nutritious and cooked-with-love food.0
