NSV : 9 days into My Fitness Pal:

My favorite skirt is officially lose.
I'm about to pull my belt in one more notch.

9 days in, 5 lbs lost.

I know the weight loss won't always be as rapid (when you have more to lose, you lose more quickly in the beginning), but this is a wonderful start.

Plus, I've spent my slow work day reading through all the message boards and am feeling completely inspired by many of you!
